So far, I haven't had any problems with the product. It charges up all my Milwaukee batteries fine whether they are 2, 4, 5, 6, or 8 amp hour batteries. Obviously the more amps the longer the charge time, but that's to be expected with any charger. For the price I paid for this charger. I'm quite impressed. It cost only a fraction of what the Milwaukee branded charger would cost, even if I were to buy it used… this charger comes with an LCD display and let you know about how far along in the charging process you are as well as the battery voltage. I've only had it for a few months now so it's still yet to be seen how it will stand up to the test of time but I'm just a DIY'r, who does most of my own work around the house and on my vehicles so the charger will not be getting used constantly like it would on sauna construction site or something similar where you pull off one battery and plug in another to start being charged and continue that rotation through a full workday. I charge one or two batteries a day and then it might get put away for say a month or two, until I have to work on something again. In the winter months, it only gets used every six months or so when I go out and top off all my batteries to make sure they're charged and don't go bad from sitting for long periods of time in the cold.. so far I've only had to charge one battery in below freezings temperatures, which it handled fine. We'll see how it does in the coming months when I have to top off all of my DeWalt batteries. So far I have no complaints. Everything has worked fine, in fact it's worked better than I expected for the price!!
