Bought the Zip line for my grandchildren ages 9-5. Big hit!! Easy to install with two people ended up with a 75" run in our yard. Helmets are mandatory for riding no issue for them and they do it for hours escaping from the lava (I have not personally seen the lava). We have attached our garden hose to a stand and they ride thru a rain squall while escaping! We have now ordered the Ninja line to help get to the Zip line.... Highly recommend the product it's sturdy and we can remove the seat when we are not at home to keep someone getting injured on our property.

It was easy to set up and a smooth ride. I can't walk by it without taking a zip! Bought it for the kids but I think I'm enjoying it more. After watching the youtube video it was pretty simple to set up. I would definitely recommend.

The granddaughters- ages 6, 8, & 10- just love the zip line. It is very high quality and we have no safety concerns. The girls play on it for hours, inventing different games and ways to do it ( backwards, 2 together, at an angle). We had a contractor at our house when it arrived and he put it up for us, and it was easy for him. A wonderful antidote to the pandemic

Bought it for grandkids. They enjoy it very much. Assembly was easy.

My kids have loved this from the moment we put the line up. My husband was able to install with the help of a friend. It took a couple of hours to secure it, but not too difficult.

My 8 years old uses this back yard toy daily. The quality is also good.

Our 8 year old twins and their 12 year old sister love the zip line. Everyday they ask to go on it. Works great and easy to use for the kids. They fight over who gets to go first. One thing, as said before, is being careful getting off that the seat does not sling up and hit the rider getting off but the kids have gotten the knack of holding the rope away while they dismount. Great purchase.

I did a lot of research for different kits and this was one of the only that came with all the pieces needed. For how we installed it, it gets going pretty fast and the brake doesn't do anything. We'll need to install another type of brake to make it safer. We used a come along to help us install. Took 3 hours for 2 adults to install from opening the box to testing.

I've set up the zipline but it's not very usable yet because I can't get the line tight enough (child's weight lowers it and child touches the ground). For this 100 ft cable I think customera need a ratchet tool to pull it tighter. The provided turnbuckle doesnt tighten enough.

I gave this 3 stars because the cable is so thin, that it will not hold an adult or even a heavier child. You get way to much sagging. My husband gave it to my daughter who has small children. We purchased a nice heavy duty cable and he is going to rig something up on his own. We were all ready to use it and very disappointed when we realized we couldn't. The package arrived quickly and in good condition.
