Incredible movie
Love the movie it is incredible, the outer box came a bit scratched up but other than that the DVD case was in good condition

Movie was very good imagery and seemed accurate for the time (so i've read) . Filmed as a 1-shot by studio, but i would have liked to have seen a few peeks into what the Germans were doing at individual moments.

Best War World I Movie.
One of the best war movies recently made, and one of the very few treating War World I with the respect it deserves. Highly recommended.

Best WWI Movie Ever Made
One of the best movies to come out since Hacksaw Ridge. Non stop action from beginning to end. Love this movie.

None stop action from start to finish. The one-shot technique giving the movie a "real-time" feel was why it was awarded an academy award and an excellent way to view this film. I highly recommend it. It is not your typical War movie. If you are a fan of good story telling, this is for you.

The most effective war film ever made.
1917 is probably the most effective war film ever made. It puts you in the action, shoulder to shoulder with British Infantrymen on the front lines during World War One. You feel what they feel. The camera appears to move in one fluid shot from beginning to end. I highly recommend this film.

Disappointed
We were very disappointed with the movie. The acting was ok but we did not see the “amazing cinematography” as advertised. The storyline was lame. Waste of time.
