Wrong model lighter
Ordered the 1941 replica Zippo in black crackle. I received a regular current production Zippo in black crackle. I'm keeping it, just not what I wanted or ordered.

Not the 1941 Replica
Received a standard Zippo instead of the 1941. The wrapper that the Zippo comes in though states its a 1941 Replica. But everything else is a standard Zippo

How many chances does Walmart get?
I ordered the 1941 Replica Black Crackle zippo. They sent me the Regular Black Crackle zippo instead of the replica. I could see what happened. They “picked” the right item from the shelf but the product was labeled wrong. They helped me with my return and told me to order again. I was worried about it happening again but they told me they put a note in the computer and not to worry about it. I ordered it again and when it came in, it was wrong again!
