[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 42 years old, with a history of fairly significant brain health affecting medical complications. I have struggled with mostly short term memory loss since 2018 and some long term memory loss along the way. My thought process and ability to learn/grasp new skills has declined.
The MindMD supplement is clearly made with impressive science backed, quality ingredients. This supplement is backed by several medical professionals of varying fields like gastroenterology, neurology, and allergy. No doubt, the ingredients are of the best in cognitive research, and the brand is marketed nicely, with an appearance of genuine openness and honesty in regards to their products.
That being said, after taking this product for 30 days, I cannot be 100% sure that it has provided any improvement in my cognitive ability or memory. What I have noticed is a bit of an increase in my mental clarity, a decrease in brain fog, and a seemingly quicker response time in my ability to process information. However, as in many other instances, I also can't be sure that these minimal results are not simply a placebo affect. Honestly, I would love to have been able to extend my time taking this supplement, so might get a better feel for the results. Therefore, I may go ahead and purchase another bottle to complete my trial independently. Because this product is costly due to its costly ingredients, i would only continue to purchase it if I saw more drastic results. Results that are without doubt, a result of this product.
When it comes to this supplement, I would recommend it to anyone that is in a position where money is not an issue. It is worth purchasing to see if it works for you, In that case.
I would also recommend it if you have evidence in past experiences that have shown any of these ingredients to have ever benefited you.
Otherwise, I cannot recommend this product due to the high price and my inability to definitively say it has or has not benefited myself.
