I keep this bottle in my bag and take it when I am feeling tired and need a pick me up. It keeps me alert & awake without feeling jittery.

As in, I was able to me more mindful in my meditations and was able to relax my mind better. Whether this was a side effect of the pill or me being aware that I had taken the pill and was more conscious of my thoughts maybe?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the 1MD Nutrition Mind MD Cognitive Support for a month! The effects of this supplement weren't super noticeable. I maaayyyyybe felt some kind of a bit of clarity, but, it wasn't anything super exciting or life changing. I didn't have any negative side effects at all. I don't think I would spend the money on the supplement since I really didn't have any impactful positive effects in a full month. Long term, maybe I should just trust that this supplement would prevent some negative effects of aging, but, I'm not looking for something for preventative care.
