I have been taking this supplement for the past 3 weeks. I am not sure if it is all in my head or not, but my knees and shoulder have been doing much better. I play tennis 4-5 times a week and all my joints take a beating. With this supplement, I seem to have less pain the day after the matches. I highly recommend this if you have any problems with your joints. Pills are small enough to take easily. No after taste.

There's more than one ingredient in this product that works with joint pain and inflammation so I'm not sure which one is doing the job but I did feel significant change after a week I'm taking this product I'm very surprised and grateful to find an over-the-counter product that seems to make a difference it did not cause me any aftertaste or side effects at all. I will purchase this again

I'm hoping this supplement will help support my knee health since I get soreness in my knees often. It contains two types of collagen plus algae extract and boswellia extract. The capsules are typical in size and are smooth and easy to swallow. They're a great addition to my multivitamin.

I have tried so many different supplements for my knee pain. So far, this IMD joint relief supplement is the best. I found myself resting all night, no more re-adjusting my position because of pain. It took a couple of weeks for me to feel the effects of these joint relief capsules but they really helped. My knee pain decreased and my mobility increased.The swelling went away and pain was much less. My wife noticed a positive difference in her elbows in a few weeks of use. I have told many friends about it and recommended that they try IMD if they have joint pain The downside, and the reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 stars, is that this supplement is very expensive. So I then tried something similar from Costco and within two months all my negative symptoms came back. so I returned to using IMD again and within a few weeks my knee felt much better. We will continue using it but will still seek a less expensive alternative.

The 1MD MoveMD - Joint Relief Supplement is a great addition to your daily regiment of supplements. As we get older it can't hurt to add a little something to help on the daily. The pills are mid sized and easy to swallow. I love that each ingredient is broken down on the label and is globally sourced. It doesn't contain the most common allergy causing ingredients such as peanut or shell fish and there isn't a nasty after taste like you get with other supplements.

I really like these pills. They are very easy to swallow and there isn't an after taste. I like that there are 30 pills in this bottle so they will last me all month long. The ingredients in this bottle are helping me to feel better every day. I will buy more of these pills when I am finished with this bottle. I recommend this product.

I've been taking glucosamine/chondroitin supplements for years now but found that they are not providing the joing pain relief like they used to. So decided to try the 1MD MoveMD Joint Relief product. Based on the lable it many consists of different types of collagen so an going to give it a try. Haven't seen a huge difference yet but everybody metabolizes differently so it may take a a few weeks to feel the full effect.

Seems to work - less "achy" when first moving of first getting out of bed or off a chair you have been sitting in a while. Also walk around shopping in general without thinking about my knees or ankles complaining so this must be helping. I think most supplements depend much on the actual person using them as everyone is unique and there are many, many "joint support" supplements" so you need to try what works best for you. For me this works. Suggest you give it a try if looking for less "achy" joints an see for yourself, that is the only way to really know. I waited 3 weeks to review this as wanted to be sure was in my system for a fair review.

As someone with joint pain, I was excited to try this product, especially when I saw that it contains hyaluronic acid, which is a supplement I've wanted to try for other reasons. After 3 weeks of taking this, I haven't noticed any improvement in joint pain, where I do get relief from other supplements intended for this purpose.

I honestly dont understand why people feel the need for all the supplements out there. I think that this one might or might not work, in all honesty I only used a few before my tummy didnt want anymore so mabey its not for me. If your having knee issues or any joint problems then try it.
