Guess I was hoping the packaging would be a little nicer. They were just thrown in a ups bag.. disposable and just ehh

Well, for starters, they came packaged in a bubble wrap type mailing envelope, just hand thrown in. They had no protective plastic around them, so definitely not sanitary. Anybody purchasing for eye use would be out of luck. Fortunately, my purchase was for craft purposes. They are definitely cheaply made and one use, one time only and not controllable on the amount of solution or whatever substance used. I wasn't going to review but since Walmart begged me, well you asked for it.
