2-2'X10' SunQuest Solar Swimming Pool Heater with Roof/Rack Mounting Kit

We live in New Hampshire and these two solar collectors have made our pool usable! We use a Speck variable speed pump at 50 watts to slowly feed our pool water through the collectors. We run it 9 hours per day, and on sunny days, the two collectors raise the temperature of our pool by eight to ten degrees. We also use a bubble-wrap type pool blanket when the pool is not in use.

So far so good! It's on the roof and pumping pool water through, leak free. The provided materials sealed together well. I used some clear rubber fuel line hosing, hose clamps, and PVC to connect it to my existing pump system. I highly recommend setting this out on a patio, putting it all together, and testing for leaks before putting it in a permanent location (like a roof). It can handle a decent amount of water pressure now, but it took me a couple of test runs to tighten the connections, use enough plumbers tape and pvc cement sufficient to stop the leaks.
