I am a big believer in probiotics and have been taking them for nearly 2 years to help me with some occasional heartburn/reflux. I love the convince of this brand as you do NOT need to keep them refrigerated - this was always a problem with my other brand when traveling. The capsules are small, and easy to swallow. Highly recommended.
The capsules are easy to swallow, and unlike some similar medicines, they don't leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth. I haven't noticed any long-term benefits yet, but so far, they seem to be doing okay. I can take them with food or without and don't notice any issues either way.
This is a potent probiotic supplement that will be a great addition to your daily supplement routine. Two capsules per day helps to add that good gut bacteria back into your diet. The capsules are small, tasteless and easy to swallow. Theyre well-tolerated taken with or without food.
These probiotic capsules seem to work well for me. They are easy to swallow, not too large and have no taste. There is no unpleasant aroma as there can be with similar products. I am disappointed that the serving size is 2 capsules. So, this bottle will only last 15 days. I wish that had been more prevalent in the product description.
If you suffer with acid reflux and desire to protect your gut, you will love this product! It is an acid resistant capsule that is small and easy to swallow! There is no bad aftertaste and it is working so well for me! This is by far the best probiotic I have taken in some time!
Great Probiotic!!!! I'm always looking for a reasonably priced, effective probiotic and that is what I found here. Might be gross to some but I can truly tell the effectiveness of a good probiotic by my bowel movements. I can say that this one does the job. Happy with purchase!!
Before I started taking this product, I was suffering from random bouts of diarrhea, I didn't really know why, but it was miserable and the unpredictability made my life a mess. I was missing work because I would be up often at night, using the toilet instead of sleeping. I talked to my Dr. and he suggested using a probiotic, as I was opposed to pills that paralyzed my bowels! That just sounds terrible to me, so I opted for probiotics. Since receiving and taking these, I am so pleased. During the first three days, I suffered from one bout of diarrhea at work. Since then, I have been taking 2 of these a day and haven't had any diarrhea at all. It's been two weeks since I started taking them, and I keep waiting for the hammer to fall, but it hasn't. I'm so pleased! I can't wait to live the rest of my life without the cramping, misery, and embarrassment of gas and looses stools. Maybe this was TMI, but I want to put it out there for people who may have been suffering like I was.
I recently started taking this new probiotic formula 2 weeks ago. I have digestive issues so I was excited to get started. On the directions it said take one or two a day and I like that because I always like to start slow and see how I feel before I build up to two a day. The first week I took one a day and by the third day my gut felt so much better. Im going to start taking two. I really love this probiotic more than any I have ever tried so you wont be disappointed!!
These probiotics are easy to take (the capsules are not large at all). they really help if you have digestive issues to help to maintain regularity. I had no side effects at all on this product and they work really well. I highly recommend them to maintain your gut health.!
WHY do companies do this? Say 60 capsules, 30 billion organisms, but then when you receive a bottle you read that you have to take two? They're giving you half of what they advertise, it's insulting to my intelligence and disgusting. Just say 15 billion organisms OR the amount of servings, not the amount of capsules, on the label, if you're not trying to rip people off
