It's been a chore to maintain our yard with all these trees. Chopping of inconvenient or dead branches with normal garden tools and a band saw has not been fund. This makes it so much easier. chops through branches like butter and the pole means I can reach most of the tree parts from a much more solid base.

This is a great product for trimming branches and cutting trunks up to approximately 8" in diameter. The delivery was quick and the assembly was very easy. The operation is also excellent as long as you follow directions. I was trimming branches within an hour of opening the package which is good for someone in their upper 70s. I used the saw with my existing DeWalt batteries and tested it with both the extension pole and with the battery attached directly to the saw, both worked great. I would recommend this product for the purpose it was designed for.

This pole saw came with everything needed minus the chain oil but that was expected to not be included. Instructions were clear and easy to understand on use and assembly of the chain which was included. I was able to get some pretty high branches trimmed down from an oak tree with no problems.

Liked it very much ,it's lightweight for a pole saw, it does get a little heavy if you're holding it up for a long time, but gives a good grip. Because it's cordless and runs on batteries, it won't have the relentless runtime of a gas saw, but for residential yard work, it's more than sufficient. Its well-built and versatile tool that solves the problem of, high-up branches safely.

I have prune a couple trees around the house and it really did a pretty good job. I wish I could've got the whole way charger, but I waited and waited and it never came.

I really like the fact that it is lite and easy to use

This is one handy little chainsaw that cuts through limbs like butter.

I debated between a 3 or a 4 star rating overall due to the condition of the package once delivered. But, there was no apparent damage to the chain saw and parts and nothing missing. The chain saw was effective in cutting 6" branches from a mature tree using the extension pole. I was then able to use the saw separately to cut down the branches for disposal. I had to adjust to keep the chain tension numerous times but it got the job done.

Assembly confusing and needed battery which is more expensive then item.

So far I'm unable to adjust the chain tightness to allow it to cut the smallest branch. Also, the weight of the chainsaw at the end of the pole makes it virtually impossible to hold the trimmer in place unless you hold it directly above you, which is a dangerous way to cut a branch.
