Upon arrival it came at least halfway charged but I decided to charge it fully since I wasn't sure how long the battery would last. It didn't take long maybe 20 minutes or so. My hair is pretty thick curly and long so I straitened it first then separated my hair in small parts and began using the trimmer. I'm not tech savvy so it took me a few times but I finally got the hang of it and now I absolutely love it.It did exactly what it's supposed to do I'm very impressed by the quality and price would definitely advise people to buy it.
Very easy to use, the battery just dies pretty quickly. But I've used it twice on my hair and it's been able to take off a lot of the random split ends so my hair feels a lot healthier and looks so much better. I would recommend just being careful when using it because if you start high up on your hair, it will start trimming your hair higher up because you use the appliance higher up on your hair shaft.
I'm shocked that this actually worked! It took my split ends off and you can actually see them in the little clear bin of the tool. Only negative is some hairs did fall out of there and make a bit of a mess but maybe I didn't snap it on right. Saved me a trip to the salon for sure and my hair looks and feels better. Would surprisingly recommend!

It's ok. Not super hard to use. Just expecting a little more quality work out of it. Would not purchase a second machine with this company
Yea so i used it maybe 4 times and it stopped working. Im really disappointed because it worked great when it did work. But all of a sudden it wouldnt turn on. I plugged it in for hours, i made sure to clean out and hair bits and still nothing worked, im really disappointed
I really should return this. I swear it made my hair get more split ends. I have tried and tried to use this and get rid of my split ends and it shows that very some split ends are shaved off. But even if I try again the split ends are still there. I would not recommend this to anyone. And it certainly didn't straighten mu hair.
it cut over 4-5 inch pieces of good hair off. thhe spinning thing pulled my hair out and wrapped around the machine itself so it's running hot didn't make it thru 1/16 of my hair and don't trust these machines now.... I got a lot of hair that can hide this in all but probably wouldn't by the end of it... cleaning it out is ridiculous...
the tool doesn't even do anything. its awful
