Perfect to make your own Extract!
I was hesitating to buy the pieces but it was definitely worth it. Each piece ranges between 1 and 2 inches and contains enough moisture to make great extract. There are pieces that are so moist that you can even scrape the caviar out and use it for other purposes. I purchased the beans 1 week ago and they've been soaking in vodka less than 2 days and it's already turning amber. Shipping is as fast as possible and the package is great. The beans came in a vacuum sealed bag, which was inside a very nice/protective envelope. Next time, I'll buy some gourmet grade beans. Five stars.
