Bought these for my husband and adult sons and they all love them and say they are easy to use. They have all used them within a couple of days of receiving as Christmas gifts, so cannot account for durability or longevity, but they have worked well so far! They all use straps for one thing or another about every day and these provided ease of use. On a side note, I bought 3 sets and only received two storage bags, but that does not take away from product.
So easy to use! We use these as a tie down on our boat trailer, double stacking safety crash crates for the dogs in our vehicles and on our motorcycle trailer. No straps flying around or needing to be tied down themselves. Wish they came in different colors. 😉
These are the perfect ratchet straps. Very easy to use and strong.

Hold my four wheeler in place plus strip down load of 2 by 4's nice that they retract and I don't have to worry about wrapping them up like my old ones WILL ORDER ANOTHER SET SOON
They seem to be pretty heavy duty, my husband likes them alot, he loves the retractable feature

Ratchet straps are good quality, customer service not so great!! I ordered 2 sets of the 2pk ratchet straps, they shipped all 4 straps in 1 box along with 1 mesh carrying bag with their company logo on it. I asked if I could purchase a second mesh bag as they were gifts for 2 different recipients. The first customer service agent told me they would ship the bag out first thing the next morning then 2 days later I got an email from a different customer service agent who said there is no way I got a mesh bag with my order, because they don't have/offer mesh bags! (Picture of said bag attached🤷🏻♀️)
I ordered two of the same product received one but was charged for two. I spoke to somebody a couple days ago. They said that they were going to ship out another package and I have not received that one or have I gotten a refund I would really prefer the product that I purchased. It was a Christmas present for my brother-in-law and I still haven't received it. What can I do?
