I FINALLY found it!
I have only been able to purchase the 22 count size. it was finally available here in the larger one. I have severe arthritis and torn rotator cuff and the "substitutes" do not work for me.

It says 2Pks Excedrin Extra Strength, 300 Caplets (600 Total)New...Sealed!!!!, well in fact you will only get one pack. Nothing wrong with the Excedrin or Walmart, it was the company Big Deal GA
