I live in a very warm/hot part of the country. I had been having systemic pains. I had tried to run it by my doctor, his RN (not a tech), and finally my pharmacist suggested bc of the climate my electrolytes may be low. I started taking this product more than a year and a half ago. And with a potassium prescription my doctor gave me after I told him of what the pharmacist recommended my pain stopped after a few weeks.

I've been using this product for nearly 4 months now and it has totally eliminated my leg cramps. I already purchased my second bottle of 120 units because I didn't want to run out. I'm definitely happy with this product.

I have started taking magnesium supplements before I go to sleep. I take some other supplements so it's hard to say which one(s) are effective but I believe I'm getting better sleep when I take the magnesium.

I was having low electrolytes. I was prescribed potassium and magnesium. The 2 have solved the issue. Therefore, I know these are doing their job. In general vitamins are too expensive for those who are taking them per a real diagnosis.

I take magnesium every day. It is swallowed so. no taste. Easy to swallow to get the dose suggested.

Very disappointed with this product. It's advertised as vegan, but the ingredients list includes gelatin, which completely contradicts that claim. As someone who buys vegan products for ethical and dietary reasons, this feels misleading and careless. I was excited to try it, but now I feel disheartened and let down. Brands need to be transparent and honest with their labeling — this is not acceptable.

The drug comes in a clear package although they mentioned store in dark place .. so why you didn't use dark package for it !!!???

Not correct ingredients as advertised, not packaged appropriately per their own storage instructions, and unfortunately still has gelatin.

I didn't like the fact that this is a China made product and it doesn't show it on the information in the description. Walmart needs to tell where their products come from.
