This soup exceeded my expectations for flavor and nutritional value. This is so tasty and the fiber is great for digestion! I don't mind paying more for quality and am so grateful to be able to have access to a convenience food that's actually good for me.

Lentil is not my favorite bean. In fact, I don't really like it. But when the pickins' for low-salt soups is slim, one cannot be choosey. Amy's has a full line of low-sodium soups, but for some inscrutable reason Walmart does not carry most of them in the store, although they are available for shipping for outrageous prices. Amy's soups come ready to heat and eat; you don't have to add water as for Campbell's soups. I recommend this soup if you can bear the taste of lentils.

Amy's soup has a lot of flavor. It's a bit more expensive but defiantly worth the extra money. It is healthy, gluten-free, with no cholesterol, and very filling.

This soup is delicious and healthy, too! Reduced salt is a big plus! It's also high in fiber, vitamins and low carb count, too! I like it served with some chicken and cheese and doesn't even need crackers.

Can't find a perfect soup that is gluten free and soy free and tastes good . So I guess I will start to make my own soup . But Amy's is about the best brand for people with allergies .

I do not think that this dish can be considered a soup. A soup should have a lot of the liquid component in it, but there is a very small amount of liquid component in this dish; it is almost of the consistency of kasha (I hope that you know what kasha means). The positive in this dish is that the amount of salt is relatively low. The negative is that the taste of this dish is not something exciting. Well, one needs to try it for oneself, because taste is something very personal, and maybe you will love this taste, who knows.

Picked up my order and when I got home to put groceries away the canned soups were damaged.

Arrived damaged. Received 6 separate shipments for this order. Multiple cans dented. Waste of time submitting return, waiting for replacement, replacement never arrives, then receive a refund after 3 WEEKS!

No flavor at all…. Bland doesn't even begin to describe this can of mush. Only thing I can hope for is it's healthy…. Definitely not tasty
