I’ve used this shampoo a few times now on my dog Bo, and it’s easily one of my favorites. It lathers well, rinses out quickly, and actually gets rid of that lingering “dog smell” without being overpowering. The scent is light and clean, not artificial, and Bo didn’t have any skin irritation afterward, which is a big plus. His coat felt soft and clean for days after the bath. Simple, affordable, and does exactly what I want it to do. Bo smells great and seems comfortable. Would definitely buy again.

Needed dog shampoo in a hurry and this was perfect. My sheltie got into mud and oh my goodness what a mess. This Arm %26 Hammer Deodorizing Shampoo took care of the mud and the smell. I would recommend this.

works ery well on my dog who LOVES getting in water, then rolling in the dirt, which makes him STANK!!! LOL

dogs skin and hair are completely different. Human shampoo is s ph balanced for humans. But dog shampoo is made completely different me and between this shampoo is actually made for dogs and whatever that odor control it has completely made a lasting impression on me. Remember the wet dog smell that lasted untill your dog was dry? I don't! this somehow completely eliminated that wer dog smell from the shampoo is lathered. Now I give less baths and 1 of my dogs has very short thin hair and the other gas slightly longer hair but 109 times thicker. This shampoo is works the same on both dogs. And they ave less itching and no dry flakey skin. Buy it now.

Do not use if your dog has sensitive skin!!! This caused my Springer to get dandruff and have real dry, itchy and flaky skin. I thoroughly washed her after shampooing, so I know there was no buildup spots of leftover product to cause the flaky spots, so it’s just gotta be the formula of this shampoo. Also, I’ve never had this happen after giving her a bath using different shampoos. She’s a Springer so I bathe her about 2-3 times during the summer months depending on how stinky she gets out in the woods. I’m aware bathing them frequently is bad because it strips the natural oils of their coats, but my girl loves rolling in stinky stuff and retrieving carcasses lol so sometimes a bath is non-negotiable. I just wish I had used a different shampoo because this one opened a whole new can of worms that my dog and I did not want to deal with. Usually I don’t leave reviews, especially not unfavorable ones, but I hope my bad experience can help prevent someone from unknowingly getting their own bad experience.

My dog had a terrible reaction to this product loss of fur and her skin started forming scabs and bumps would not recommend while my family was pet sitting in my trial period of using this product they used it on their two dogs and my dog again the other dogs reacted similar so shampoo is not safe for dogs!
