Ashwagandha is amazing!
I've tried different ones, but so far this one is best for me. It has been less noisy around the house lately, which is good. I found myself yelling and crying and mostly out of control. After finding this, I feel more relaxed and calm. I put my son on it also. He has autism, and he was also loud. Since we have both been on Ashwagandha Immune Health, I feel so much better. We are both happier now, than we were, before we started taking it. I've been telling other people about it, since it's helped us so much. I had been taking the capsules and they were good, but these gel capsules I think are a lot better. I don't think I'll ever stop taking it.
