[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bernat Blanket Yarn has been my go-to for #6 bulky yarn for years. The yarn is the gold standard in my opinion. BBY is easy to work with (as bulky yarn goes), comes in so many gorgeous colors and you can easily find combinations that work together beautifully. The yarn is SOFT! BBY also launders so well! I always recommend washing in a giant mesh laundry bag, but my daughter can't be bothered….she throws the blanket in the washer and dryer and it looks as good as the day I made it over 10 years ago! I'm on a fixed income so I wait for sales but I buy as much as my budget allows. Next sale…run…don't walk!

I recieved 2 balls of yarn the same colour bur the 2 are a different shade. Tvere shoukd be blavk in the yarn. One ball had black but the other one was a faded black. Very noticeable in a blanket.

This is my all time favorite yarn for crocheting blankets and throws. I gifted a crocheted cable throw for a bridal shower gift and have since received a request to make one for the mother of the bride. The yarn is so soft and cozy and works up quickly. Just wish it wasn’t as costly as I love making throws for gifts but sometimes the cost of the yarn holds me back

I have purchased Bernat blanket yarn from you several times, as I crochet scarves for a few charities. This is the yarn I've used for the past 11 years. This last time my order came in two shipments. The packaging was so poor, I'm surprised that the yarn didn't fall out of the boxes. They were taped, but not enough on the seams to keep the boxes from opening up.

I love the chenille yarn for crocheting blankets. Makes them so soft and comforting. The only two minor issues are some skeins have a few tie ins (knots) that you have to cut and tie yourself to make it more secure. The other is some skeins also are more ribbon like (flatter) but you don’t see this in the final product thankfully. Just feels a little less thick as you are working with it. But overall I loved this sand colour which is a perfect warm neutral tone!

Love this yarn. Easy to work with and so soft! Only gave 3 stars because a few areas had knots and were thin. Also was annoyed that I couldn’t find the inside end of the yarn from center. Lack of Quality control seems to be more and more prevalent these days in more than one manufacturer. Delivery was quick. I would purchase again although with some hesitation.

The yarn itself is so soft!! I have had some blanket yarn that was not as soft. I love the color and the softness. It will be a joy to crochet with!!

The last time I purchased Bernat Blanket was in 2019, for blankets for my grandchildren. They all adored how soft the yarn was! I bought more this year for gifts for their significant others and found that Blanket is even softer than ever. (Lush Life is my go-to pattern.)
