Boost Immune System!!
I've really been surprised by taking this supplement. My energy level has increased, just as advertised. They are easy to swallow and have had no side effects, which is very important. In my research, Elderberry supplements are at the top of the list with nutrients. They boost the immune system, helps fight off colds and the flu and the list goes on. They are worth trying. Capsules instead of gummies!
I prefer elderberry capsules instead of gummies. I can't get them at my store so I have to order them.

Great supplement
Normally, my husband uses gummy supplements when possible, but he is trying to avoid the extra calories so he wanted to try the capsules. So far, he has been pleased with the supplement Sambucus/elderberry that he takes to build up his immunity.
