Finally, just what I needed
I searched a long time to have a little non-metallic dish I could heat side dishes with my main course until I found this one. It passed the test yesterday. I put frozen rice in it and put it thru 350F for 33 minutes. The product was fine, no hot spots, easy cleaning with a sponge. Now as with all ceramics or non-metallic cookware, I cannot vouch for what is the composition of the dish. You just have to believe in the due diligence of the retailer.

love these as every day bowls. stack nice, heavy duty %26 durable. weve had these for 15 yrs and survived 2 kids. just bought another set bc we go through a lot of bowls /wk. one finally broke the other day when it slipped out of his hands into our ceramic sink.

These are beautiful and I am REALLY picky. All aspects of their functionality are great. These are totally on par with a Crate and Barrel quality and look but tons less expensive. Highly recommend!

Great bowl for sides
The square design of the bowl makes it a little annoying to wash with hand but is still easy to wash, materials are great and what I use it for most often is to have a side of 8-6 pizza rolls

poor quality
I bought four bowls. They are not symmetrical in shape. I have one where one of the four sides really bows outward. Also, it is hard to tell but one bowl is less white than the others. Lastly, I have abother bowl that has 2 black specks on the inside. The specks do not clean off and are an imperfection.

Lower quality version of the old Canopy set
Lower quality version of the old Canopy set that Walmart sold. They need to sell them in a set as the individual price is way to high. The are the same size as the old Canopy appetizer bowls but with less material, so the walls are thinner and the weight is lighter.
