(2 pack) bettergoods Israeli Style Pearled Couscous, 12 oz

I have not yet had a chance to cook this, but I can tell looking at it that it is a good quality product that is fresh and low dust. It is fantastic that Walmart has started offering ancient grains in its better goods line. kThe price is fantastic! They already offered a really good quinoa mix. Hopefully, they will also start to offer grains in the hulled versions that include the bran. I have had couscous before, but never the Israeli/Palestinian style. I'm really looking forward to it. Once you start eating grains, you will be able to kick the white rice habit. Just mixed together your favorite grains with some lemon juice, red wine vinegar, chopped green olives (with a splash of the juice), chopped sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil (or if they are not in oil, you can just splash a little bit of olive oil in your grain salad), and lots of chopped up flat Italian parsley. Sometimes, I also add crumbled feta cheese or chopped up ahi tuna steak. Walmart sells really good frozen ahi that comes with each portion individual individually wrapped. All of these grains cook up lightning fast in a pressure cooker like the instant pot.

First time trying couscous and I must say I love it! It cooked well and the texture and taste was phenomenal

This cous cous is delicious! Best I've ever purchased and it cooked beautifully with a great texture. My picky eater loved it as well. I was very pleased with the price as well!

I've been wanting to give this product a try and buying the more affordable Walmart brand was the way to do it! I cooked it and added butter and parmesan cheese. It was pretty tasty but I found the texture a little too gummy for me.

This tastes delicious. I add garlic and a tad bit of lemon juice after it's cooked and it's the best side.
