I do not know what I did wrong because I swear I followed the directions. It turned more into a lemon cake than a lemon bar. I don't care it was still very tasty. Is very tasty, but it was not a lemon bar. I don't know what happened. Maybe somebody can tell me.!

Super easy to prepare and better texture than Krusteaz. Very flavorful and comes out perfect every time. Friends love the taste and always gets eaten less than a day! Purchase monthly.

It was so easy to make. My friends and I love the taste. I made it for our coffee and dessert day. I also took a piece to a friend in a nursing home. He loved it too!

Made this for a happy hour gathering and it was such a hit. I did not add the optional powdered sugar on top. Great for summer - not overly sweet and that lemon taste is the perfect, light finish for a meal. The hardest part of making this was getting them out of the pan, but totally worth it. A few days after the gathering, I ran into a friend's husband and he mentioned, again, how great they were.

I really did NOT enjoy these lemon bars. Very weird flavor and texture. Only received two stars because they were so easy to make. Not lemon-y. The crust tasted metallic. I will be donating the second box I bought and sticking with Krusteaz lemon bars.

This was my first time and last time! This was the nastiest tasting “lemon” I ever tried! Went in garbage and the crust is not easy to cut after it's cooked! Don't waste your money!

It did not bake correctly. It puffed up in one place and then when I cut into the bars the filling had sunk in and was a hard brick on the pan bottom. I'm struggling to even remove the mess from the baking dish so it may have to be pitched. The product didn't even smell lemony.

Upon opening the "sealed pie filling mix" I found several small unknown insects present %26 tossed everything in the trash. I contact Betty Crock %26 filed a complaint. Having purchased 2 boxes of the same product I will be returning the 2nd to Walmart. I I

They are very dry. I cooked them as directed. The crust tastes like flour %26 lard. The filling is very stiff. Not a good flavor. The competitive brand is do much better
