This is an especially good product for those looking for be complex. Not a B vitamin in particular. This is just what I needed and it is a great value. I would highly recommend it.

definitely gives you more energy
this supplement is effective and provides that extra bit of energy throughout the day. it does have a funny taste and smell but most of these vitamins do anyway. I recommend

Whoa!
When I was younger I took a B complex everyday for extra energy. These must be excellent because now that I'm older and more sedentary it made me feel like a drank a pot of coffee. The directions say to take two. I believe one is all I need.
