Ordered this because it looked good, glad I did! Yes, it's great on salads, and bean salads, but oh boy! I made some green beans, sauteed a slice of bacon and some onion, added the beans and added a little water, covered, steamed for 5 to 7mins, then plated, but drizzled a little of this dressing over them, about a tbsp in total for a family serving, outstanding! Can't wait to figure out what ways to utilize this delicious concoction next, pasta salad, oooh...
This is one of my favorite dressings. It's a versatile balsamic dressing that's great on salads, pasta salads, or drizzled over fresh tomatoes. A little goes a long way!
I was hesitant to purchase this dressing as I have tasted other poppyseed dressings and was disappointed with the flavor. I really like this one and will purchase it again.
I think this is the perfect vinaigrette. It's tangy, and has a nice sweetness to it from the honey and Balsamic vinegar. It also has a touch of dijon mustard, along with garlic and black pepper. It's so good I could practically drink it. But since I'm watching my sodium intake, I use it sparingly, along with a sprinkle of salt free seasoning. This dressing is way too good to give up completely!
I absolutely love this dressing but I haven't actually used it on a salad yet because it's so delicious on so many different things….I've used it over broccoli and it's delicious, I've also used it in a few pasta dishes including macaroni salad, it's also great on pizza, fried potatoes, baked chicken, I used it on asparagus with some Parmesan cheese wrapped in bacon, and it's perfect for carrots….I'm sure it's gonna be delicious on a salad too and probably many more things I haven't tried yet so I would definitely recommend it to anyone that loves vinegar and it's a staple in my kitchen just like anything else you don't want to run out of so I keep an extra bottle in my pantry.
This was a treat! The best creamy balsamic salad dressing I've ever tasted! He won't be disappointed
This is my family's favorite dressing. We love it on multiple different salads and with veggies and chicken on quinoa. I highly recommend this for picky eaters. Great quality and value.
i love the dressing but the shipping method was absolutely horrible-1 broken bottle plus 3 with broken lids
The picture that is shown does not have cane sugar listed in the ingredients. However, once it arrives to me, when I flip it over it says cane sugar in the ingredients.
I used to work at an Italian resturant and we used to make the best creamy balsamic dressing I've ever had in my life in house. That resturant has since closed so I've been pretty desperate to find a replacement and I can assure you that this dressing is worlds away from the one I know and love and it's in the wrong direction. It looked similar to the color and consistency of the one we used to make so I jumped at it and I guess I only have myself to blame because I didn't read the label. It has twice as many calories in it, probably because it has 10 times more sugar in it than any salad dressing has business having in it. I will definitely never buy this again. It is so sweet my teeth and my pancreas are about to go on strike. It might be a decent dressing if it didn't have so much sugar in it. It defeats the purpose of having a salad in the first place, you might as well pour a cup of sugar onto a head of lettuce. If you like sweet, this might be for you. If you like savory and tart, don't do it friend.
