this is the only brand I trust for my mom's chili recipe. I've been using it for 30 years and she used it long before that. We love Brooks mild chili beans. In fact, my kids love the beans so much, I changed mom's recipe to include a larger can of the beans.

My dad always used Brooks brand growing up in Chicago. It is not sold here in Colorado where I live now, So I appreciate being able to order it for his chili recipe. His chili does not taste the same with other brands. He also used Brooks ketchup in certain recipes. I did find it on line but it's too expensive.

I have to say that these chili beans are the best I have had in a long time. The taste is just perfect. I was making a pot of chili and I thought well. I'll use these beans and boy am. I glad I did., my aunt raves on these chili beans. Best pot of chili yet.

the amount of beans and the taste plus liquid in can is darn near perfect! Ive been using brooks chili beans for 18 years. Wouldnt have any other way.

The quality of the beans are great. My only complaint is that I often place pick up orders, and 80%of the time cans from Walmart are pretty badly dented to the point I'm not sure if I should use them.

Better to buy the small cans than the big ones, in my experience every time I buy the big ones there's like a 1/5th of the can stuck to the top or bottom that's completely mushed together and I end up having to scoop out. It just makes sense to buy the smaller ones so you aren't wasting it!
