The Best Al Pastor Tacos
This ingredient is pivotal to making the perfect Al Pastor taco. I was actually surprised that Walmart carried this and am so glad they do, as it very reasonably priced. I make a lot of Mexican dishes with it. It's not spicy and really adds a unique element of flavor to each dish. I wholly recommend you marinade your meat in it for a few hours. I usually take pineapple, a whole block if this product, guajillo chiles, onion, water and some chicken bouillon, add to a blender and use the paste or marinade to coat the meat. It's so delicious!!!
