My kid who is age 17 doesn't like the flavor of adult toothpaste, particularly mint or cinnamon. These are the flavors out there in the stores. I found Colgate Maximum Cavity Protection bubble fruit flavored has the same amount of fluoride as the adult toothpaste. He loves the flavor. I would highly recommend this product if you have a very picky kid!
My children can use this toothpaste independently and love the taste. Tube tooth paste requires adult help to squeeze out the last amounts, but these upright canisters do not require adult intervention.
Works great and younger kids can use it by themselves.
no mess help my twelve year old poor to his tooth brush with ease
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this seems to be a great toothpaste for kids of all ages. The taste of "Bubble Fruit" was definitely preferred to the typical mint toothpaste adults like and the packaging was appealing to him as well with the fun colors. I personally like that is it free of sugar, parabens and artificial preservatives, which is important to me. The ONLY thing that was an issue was the trigger used to let the toothpaste out. It is a great idea, but this one was a little difficult for little fingers. With some help it was fine. I definitely would recommend this toothpaste; especially if you have a child that isn't thrilled about brushing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Colgate Kids Maximum Cavity Protection Toothpaste is a winner. My kids love the bubble fruit flavor, regular toothpaste is too spicy and minty and the kids hate it, they say it burns their tongue. The easy to use pump dispenser allows kids to apply the toothpaste to their brush by themselves with ease and doesn't make a mess, they like to press down on the little handle rather than squeezing it out of a tube. It's great because it pumps out just the right amount to use at a time. Just the perfect fit for little hands. I like that it is proven to fight cavities, gentle on tooth enamel, has fluoride, sugar free, gluten free and the nice taste will encourage kids to brush.
No complaints from the kiddos
My 3 year old can use this without issues. However it did take him some time to get used to the taste. It's not great. The container is the real winner hear.
Pump is a bit hard to use for my 6 year old , and get pretty messy. But the price is say is pretty fair
We purchased this specifically to assist with our young child being able to use on their own. The first tube we bought the top became clogged almost immediately and the push top broke off. Giving the product the benefit of the doubt, we got a new one and the same thing happened. If you are looking for an easy-to-dispense option, this isn't it.
