Best for my salsa
I make homemade salsa all the time and people rave over it. My secret is the tomatoes. These tomatoes are the best canned whole tomatoes that I have found and I believe that is a big part of why people love my salsa. Literally when I take it to the hospital people ask for me to make them their own salsa and they will pay me cash money for it. and I just turned around and buy more Catarina tomatoes.

There was too much peel in can and still on tomatoes. Peel was extremely tough to chew and separate, wasted a lot of tomatoe.

some of the tomatoes were not peeled good leaving half the peel. expensive compared to other brands

Poor quality
If you want peeled tomatoes, you will have to peel a lot of them yourself when you open the can. As for quality and taste, I will not buy this brand again.

Awful
Made Marinara sauce...almost inedible. If you ever used Cento canned tomatoes (excellent product) you would never ever use these no matter how much less they cost.!!

Unpeeled
Not good. I've gotten several cans of these, they always have tough peels on the tomatoes. Also, they are watery and have a metallic flavor.
