Sick of taking 7 diff powders and mixing and drinking artificially sweetened drinks all day for your BCAAS, PreWorkout, protein, creatine, etc. well here's one less! Toss the serving in with your EVL daily vitamins and EVL fish oils and get ready to pump out those extra reps with thir creatine!

So I started doing a 3k load ( 3pills) for a week and already felt a increase in my strength and saw change in my overall appearance (leaner) Id suggest you consume lots of water because one of creatines effects is it allows the muscles to absorb more water, so STAY HYDRATED.

This creatine is my favorite and i can tell that the quality better than other brands ive tried. On my heaviest lifts ive been able to get 2 more reps in. Im definitely going to stick to this brand. In addition other brands creatine messes up my stomach and this doesnt im really happy with this brand im only going to order EVL.

So I've never tried the creatine monohydrate from this company, but I have tried other products that they have and they worked really well for me. No harmful ingredients great results so i'm hoping this will do the same.

It was alright. didnt put on as much weight as i would have liked. It helped give me strength during my workouts

The flavor is good, unfortunately it didn't kept the promises on the description of what it does. I felt the tingling sensation and it gave me a little energy, but I didn't get the performance feeling, it didn't give the feeling of being pumped while weightlifting. I would not recommend it.
