I have used this Cutter's Back Yard Bug Killer for years. It keeps mosquitoes away and also, fleas. I spray the entire yard, patio concrete, front porch concrete and all around the perimeter of my home. I do not spray flowers or roses of any kind to keep the birds %26 butterflies safe. Once it dries (within 12 to 24 hours) the smell of it goes away so not to worry. And is okay for pets to walk on grass after completely dry!
I love to spray this 24 to 48 hours before a backyard event. I always have an issue with spring and summer bugs when trying to enjoy outside fun. So I use the Cutter backyard Bug Spray a day or 2 before the event or just grilling out and it works great!
i keep this on hand for the summer and spring. The Texas heat andspring shower bring create a hassle of mosquitoes and flies. they are the worst. I like to work in the yard but cannot stand the mosquito bites. I flare up with horrible welts. oh and works real well for the fleas.
If you hate spending your whole summer smelling like a chemical warfare zone just to keep bugs away, Cutter Bug Control is an absolute game-changer. It works all summer long without putting off that nasty, suffocating chemical smell you get from other yard treatments. Best if all, it's totally budget friendly. It handles mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas without breaking the bank, letting you actually enjoy your backyard in peace. You gotta try it.
I was plagued with mosquitos for years and within 30 minutes of spraying the grass, the exterior of the house, the driveway, the trash can and driveway all bugs vanished, and I could work in the garage again. In fact, I'm ordering more to do the backyard and fence. You will not be disappointed it works fast. I plane on using this all year not just for the summer.
pretty straight forward i use it right before 8am so it has time to dry but the dew from nightfall cant wash it away like dusk and the sun at noon cant evaporate it either. keeps ticks out. red paper wasps plague ended completely thanks to this too. can actually work outside in the yard without going to pull 3 ticks off my leg while getting stung by a flock of wasps that thought that motion was aggressive. just be mindful of flowers this will kill bees too. but first time in years I've seen bees even on the property where i didnt spray of course. i think the paper wasps and hornets this stuff killed and kept out maybe even helped the local bees make a comeback. thankfully bees like flowers. Hornets and paper wasps like wood and trash cans mostly and eaves of the sheds and house. bees just like the flowers so made it really easy to apply this without hurting them even tho first application been years since i had seen one. after that the bees are all over now. lil late on the review btw i know its winter lol ps this needs to be renamed outside pesthog cutter lol like bushhog but for everything that makes summer awful lol once dried dogs never had issues nor did cats. just be sure if you have cats they don't come into contact with it wet or like to chew on the grass. its pretty bad for cats especially. Their body can't expell it so it just builds in their system after every exposure. but if they don't chew on grass or run through the wet pesticide fresh lawn you should be good just be careful. My adopted stray cats enjoyed the tick free lawn and helped them out with ticks (some are feral) cant catch em to treat them for ticks. So its not like im saying if you have cats stay clear lol just be mindful just like with the bees. in my case the 2 things this stuff can be really bad for with a little planning out turned out to be a huge help to them rather than bad thing. And finally gave me the outdoors again without itching and pain lol so A cutter yall did great with this stuff. used several bottles on 3 acres
Cutter backyard product works great! It kills everything. no more fleas, ticks, ants, spiders. what I was most impressed with is this stuff killed AND repeled those fricken Asian beetles (orange ladybugs) those things were all over my front door. had to use a broom to sweep them away just to get in. Cutter stated it wouldn't hurt to spray on siding. (I have cement fiber boards) So I sprayed it. and I was blown away from the results. It works?
Bought several times this year. It is easy to use and seemed working and reduced the number of mosquidoes. But this time two of the bottles leaked during shipping and it made a big mess when I brought them into my living room and opened the plastic bag. The leaked insecticide spelled all over my floor and carpet. I was very unhappy.
I sprayed my entire front yard, side yards, back yard. Fortunately, after I finished the bottle broke and wouldn't spray anymore. It would have been unfortunate if it would have broken before I finished. I am sorry to give such a bad review but I am honest here. My only luck with getting rid of mosquitoes are the zappers. I've tried mosquito repellents of all kinds, bracelets, ultrasonic devices, spray killer, repellent spray, etc. So far, all the products that deal with mosquitoes that I have bought off Walmart have been a severe disappointment. Even the insect killers. I spent over $100 just on roach killers alone all bought at Walmart and they must be mutants. These critters must be taking steroids and have some kind of genetic mutation. These roaches survive every poison I've thrown at them. My next attempt is old fashion baking soda and Jiffy Muffin mix. I hear it works for all kinds of insects and rodents. It's cheaper, non-toxic to pets and humans and if it works. It would have saved me hundreds of dollars on toxic garbage that doesn't work. I wish they would sell a roach or critter zapper, like the mosquito and fly zapper. Both are attracted to Carbon dioxide, so it's easy to build a bug zapper small and rechargeable to lay all over the floors to zap those roaches dead with electrocution.
A good portion of this leaked out in the box, however Walmart is going to replace it.
