It does help with sleep

Was using to relieve nerve pain in my back! It absolutely helped relieve some pain and helped me sleep through the night, as I keep awakening from the pain, I've also noticed that my bones don't crack anymore I'm able to bend down easily and don't hear any bones cracking, once I ran out I tried a different brand and it just doesn't work the same so I will be going back to this brand also I've noticed brighter skin and teeth not sure if it has anything to do with the magnesium but that's the only supplement I'm taking right now, I'm so grateful for your magnesium didn't know I needed it! I feel so much better and it's easy to grab right at cvs

I take magnesium daily and this supplement is very important for my health.

Am still having leg cramps at night

The product is as expected and performs as it should. My issue is with the number of capsules in the bottle. There were only 59 capsules in the bottle (should be 60). Also, one of the capsules had split open and emptied all the magnesium powder into the bottle. I know that we don't usually count capsules, but I recommend it. I purchased this when the price was marked down, so it was a good value. The low rating is because of the shortage of capsules.

I have taken this same supplement in the past and they were more like gel capsules that you could break in half. taking this one is like trying to swallow a retainer lol
