Best flavor!
Of all of Doña Maria products, this one is by far my favorite! Best taste, easy to make and I always keep the empty jar to use as a small glass, perfect size for juice!

It's worth a try
Pipian is a less popular dish than Mole, but I find it to be tastier. I prepare it along with some Mexican rice and fresh tortillas every time I want to give someone a good special meal and it's always a hit. Everyone always wants seconds. It's no spicy at all and you prepare it the same as mole. I like to use dark chicken meat and potatoes to mix into the sauce.

Easy Meal!
This is a staple in our house because it makes for a simple, easy meal and tastes absolutely delicious! It's rich, nutty textured and easy to prepare. I definitely plan to make it again!

love pipian. Has more of a oke taste, then mole in a jar. mole is to sweet, nade with chocolate, where pipian is made with peanuts.

what I like is that you just add chicken broth to this mole and you have a very good tasting mole for anything you want to use it for.

Really good flavor and not sweet. Also helps thicken your sauce. I recommend adding only half the jar.

Excellent taste
I love the texture. Texture is kind of sandy and more condensed than the regular mole. I wish they would sale the green pipián cause it is also very flavorful
