When going through cancer radiation treatments, Radiation Oncologist told me to only use Dove White bar soap because it was the only one that would rinse thoroughly off. (Don't want any residue on skin before getting radiation treatments.) Have used only Dove White bar ever since.

This soap is perfect. I've used this soap daily for the past sixty-four years. Always leaves my skin silky smooth. While out, I must use regular soap. Ugh! Immediate dry hands. Once home, wash hands with Dove soap. Skin is smooth again. What more could you ask for.

I prefer bar soap to body wash. This was a good value and Dove has always been my go-to. The bars last a goodly amount of time plus so gentle on the skin.

The soap smells great. I think it works better the dove liquid body wash. Leaves my skin smelling like dove after I get out of the shower! Lathers very well on an African net. I also put the bar in the soap in my African net and get a better exfoliation. leave my skin feeling very soft and moisturized.

You can really rub and twist in in your hands and even shave your legs with the lather! I have VeRY sensitive skin and my excess flares easily so I always have to patch test new products but this is my past, current and future soap. The scent is light and pleasant to my nose. You can easily use just it and smell freshly showered and also you can put on perfume or cologne or lotion and this soap doesn't interfere with the fragrances of those!

I love the Dove bar soap. It is gentle enough for my skin and cleans better than any soap I have used in the past. My dermatologists recommended it for my skin condition and I've used it for years now.

This is one of the best soaps ever. This soap is designed with the entire body in mind. Gentle enough to wash from your face to your toes and the smell is wonderful!! You can bathe your babies all the way to your grandma's with no issues. This is the OG of soaps.Love!

I love the different fragrances of Dove Soap - some better than others. I needed to give my nose a rest and decided to go back to the original. I am glad I did. I had forgotten what a refreshing, simple scent it had. It lathers as expected, very nicely. It was a good price. Good product.

Since I move to the States it has been difficult to find a good bar soap, especially for my private area. One that doesn’t alter my PH, my own essence and scent and keeps my clean. This dove bar soap original that’s that and more. I have been purchasing this for 3 years now and I don’t change to anything else. My skin is also very sensitive and this doesn’t irritate me. I use some other Dove body wash but the bar soap is my favorite.
