Work great. Big catfish and the bycatch of Carp will wreck rigs often. I run %23100 braid on Penn %2349, 6/0 rigs, and %2350 on my 1960s twin 209 rigs for these fish here around the Alvin TX area, and these leaders help get my expensive rigs back. Even though the line is tough, the bottom tangles can be brutal and steel beats expensive braid any day. These are as good as any I've used, and I've been fishing for 60 years.
