It's good, but really expensive. I also found out that I have vitamin B6 toxicity to the supplements! I advise everyone to have their B6 levels checked and check every item that you consume. You may think its nerves, stress, anxiety %26 depression or thyroid-it could be B6 toxicity causing nerve damage! One carton of ensure and a bowl of cheerios with soy milk is over the B6 threshold!

Found this plant based protein shake to be a great alternative, especially for those that have lactose intolerant and other Gastro intestinal issues. I have also found the chocolate can be easily heated for a hot cocoa during the cold months of the year.

This is a really good nutritional drink to have around or take with you when you are traveling. It has plenty of protein, fiber and various nutrients. Since it is plant-based then I don't have to worry about lactose because there is no dairy in it. The taste is good and it's a satisfying drink that will hold you over until you eat your next meal. It's good to drink in the morning if you're someone who does not eat breakfast or as a satisfying snack. It's good for dieters as well.

Be sure should you find that because of it's outstanding taste you right away finished the 11 oz bottle- and you find it a little later the effect of having eaten more food because of it's high protein -drink water at the time of having discomfort of having more.

Good go to for seniors with multiple allergies. Full nutrition and good taste. Keep refrigerated and drink it all within 2 days...it thickens up. I rinse it with coconut water.

I tried these out for family member who was ill and on medication that didnt allow dairy products. He liked this and couldnt tell it was dairy free by either taste nor anything else. Good product when one needs a nutritional booster.

I am a burn survivor and require a high protein diet. I am also very sensitive to food allergies, lactose, and artificial sweeteners. This is the only Ensure High Protein formula that doesnt make me sick. Its not too thick and it has a nice smooth texture. And I really love the taste and how it seems more like a treat, like rich chocolate milk! The other Ensure High Protein formulas are either too high calorie or have too much artificial flavors and animal based ingredients like the Max Protein formula, which gives me stomach problems, including diarrhea. I also cannot have too much fiber or fat in my diet or else I get sick to my stomach. I cant tolerate lactose, high fat, high fiber, or high calorie formulas. And I have trouble eating because of burn scarring around my mouth. This is my go to product. Ensure Plant Protein in Chocolate is my absolute favorite formula and a lifesaver! Please keep lots of it in stock!

I bought these for my son bc he likes the Orgain plant based powder but Walmart didn't have the shakes to try. He hated these, but as a dairy-free person, I think they are fine. They aren't very sweet which I like and they aren't very thick like Owyn brand. At this price, I doubt I buy them again unless they start selling them at Sam's for cheaper.

Here's my honest review, I have anemia, and I am also lactose intolerant. I try to look for nutritious shakes that I can add spinach to. Now this shake I got it because it was recommended, but I had to get one non-dairy. With or without the spinach, I don't like the taste. But I know it's good for me, therefore I make my shakes and I drink it. I will try other flavors and I am an adult and I know this shake is good for me, but I don't like the flavor. I have provided photos on how I make my shake if anybody's interested, which is good for your iron. The shake is good for iron, but the flavor needs more work. I started adding cinnamon to mine. But then again everybody like certain things don't take my word for it. Try it out first you might like it.

I was just casually sipping, enjoying the flavor, and before opening it, I shook it like the directions state, but while I was drinking it the sip I took felt something come off from the bottle onto my lips looked and it was like a stringy substance of I don't even know what, what I do know though is I am not continuing a purchase on these ever again
