We are all using our phones and computers all the time. Our eyes can get fatigue. This supplement helps promote healthy tear production. The serving size is 1 capsule a day. I found that this supplement was great for me as I am always on my phone or computer and my eyes get tired. This supplement helps.

I sit in front of a computer for work around 70 hours a week and then of course who doesn't use their cell phone, which was causing my eyes to be very dry and I was prescribed an eye vitamin that I didn't see any improvement with. That particular vitamin also cost quite a bit of money. This product I have been using for one month and I have found that my eyes are less dry and irritated. I used this in conjunction with my normal saline eye drops and found that my eyes had a lot more moisture and I wasn't having the dry itchy eyes by the end of the day. I love the size of the capsule. It's smaller than most and it was extremely easy to swallow. There was no aftertaste or anything like that. This is something I will buy again and again. To me might I have this very important and this product really seemed to help. I love the fact that there's no artificial colors or flavors come in no wheat, no milk no soy or anything that I don't want extra when I'm taking a supplement. If you're looking for something to help with your eyes this is something you should give a try.

There are 30 capsules in the bottle. The capsules are a nice size to swallow. Take one capsule a day. These may reduce eye fatigue from the use of electronics. I feel it is worth it to try to keep eyes healthy. And I will recommend these to my friends and family as many of us are dealing with the effects from dry eyes and/or eye fatigue.

Ordered online and delivered the same day. Charged full price over $10 and was delivered a broken lid bottle that had been clearanced twice. Shame on you Walmart!!

I have not noticed any effect. Perhaps I will need to consume the entire bottle over 30 days.

It makes the claim that it may help occasional vision fatigue, and may help promote healthy tear production. So far, I have not noticed any change. I like the dark blue bottle. It has an easy open cap, and fits perfectly in our medicine cabinet. I have an appointment with my optometrists next month, and I will ask her about this product.
