I used these to help with injured knees. I have the named brand and these ease the pain as efficiently as they do. The package is easy opening with the cut slot or using scissors. The inside covers that open from the middle is less easy to open than the name brand.

These are incredible. I've always suffered with back pain and the name brand ones are too expensive. I found these at Walmart and they actually seem to work better and last longer than the name brand ones. I have not been without them since. They work great!!!

These pain patches are just as good as the brand name ones, in fact, the only difference is the cost, it's cheaper than the brand name ones and is just as effective. The adhesive makes it stay in place, and you can feel the coolness immediately and then the warm feeling stays a while. The patches work efficiently and do help ease the pain of arthritis. So Equate is the brand for me!

I have developed a genetic form of neuropathy. I have very mean sharp pains that hit at night. I read to try a lidocaine patch on feet and they work. Thank goodness they work. Don't buy an expensive brand, I can vouch for the fact that these offbrands are just as effective. 4% strength OTC. And although still a bit expensive, they are much better buy.

I need a knee replacement and I tried these to see if I get relief. I did indeed. It seems to work for over 8 hours for me and although the pain wasn't 100% gone, it took away the constant brain reminder. I got relief. You might want to pick up some paper tape to better secure it as they can roll on the edges. They do nothing for my husband, so that's why I suggest, it's worth a try.

Excellent in stopping horrible nerve pain and muscle pain. Very economical and it works just as well has the big namebrand kinds. But it's gentler to your skin and doesn't burn at all or sting. Only downside is that it doesn't stick Great on your arm. But just put on Band-Aids and it'll stay under a shirt or sweater. I couldn't survive without these. I wear them every day for nerve pain. These are 100% unscented. They bend with you so it doesn't prevent range of motion or movement. Comes off easily does not sting or pull your skin.

The package as I could see it online didn't say GEL Patch. I do not care for these as they don't stick to my back as well as the cloth ones I usually get. I avoid them. So I am not happy it didn't say GEL Patch, so I ordered them. I will use them, but ---

I had a bad fall and fractured a rib. This has helped some but i wish the amount of lidocaine was higher. Its a little difficult to put on since its located near my back so a friend has been helping. Definitely not cheap and it won't help much if the pain is severe.

These patches were a good price. Easy open pouch. Easy to put on my leg. But it didn't stick on my leg for long. My leg was clean. After wearing it, I looked to see if it was sticking. Nope. I fixed it, but 5 minutes later, it was peeling. I did get out two bandaids to hold it in place. I've used other brands and they stayed on for hours. Didn't help the pain in my leg. Won't buy again.
