These are great pain relievers! Sometimes, I need a multisymptom pain reliever that only this and the name brand, Midol can provide for aches, pains, headaches, and water retention. The price is much better than the main brand of Midol too! In this economy, every bit helps ❤️

I rely on this product on a monthly basis. I usually have terrible cramps during that time of the month but these Menstrual Relief tablets work quickly to ease my pain. They also give me an energy boost which in turn boosts my mood. These seem to do well at making my heavy periods much more lighter with shorter days. I absolutely have nothing bad to say about these!

I've used both this and midol and this was is a at a great price and does the same thing for me.I suffer from endometriosis and it's super painful so this helps me and I take 2 every six hours as directed.Helps with the severe debilitating cramps 90 percent of the time,sometimes it doesn't depending on severity of my cramps.But it definitely helped and also the bloating and lower back cramps.

I order this product over and over. It's a Godsend when I'm dealing multiple symptoms due to peri menopause and menstrual issues. Yes, I take this for both reasons and they are effective. The price is great for the quantity that you get. Why pay more for the known brand names, when this absolutely does the job!!

Very similar to Midol (like a sister from another mister) - She eases the uncomfortableness of menstrual cramps, headaches, or anything that comes along during your girls week. But, she's a bit more budget friendly. So, if your in a crunch - but your period is just unbearable - here you go!

Just as good as the name brand just usually better priced. Works for headaches, cramps, pain, so many issues. Total life saver! So glad this stuff exists.

Overall a good product especially if you need name brand strength at generic price. I can't always afford midol so I'll get this version, midols are easier for me to swallow no going to lie these have a weird chalky taste but that's probably all me. Other than that this is a good product, u will definitely buy again

this pain reliever took care of my symptoms and handled it better than I expected, this was my first time trying these out. I would definitely be giving these a try again.

I love the convince of the Walmart app along with the Walmart site when it comes to making my grocery orders, it's the best idea ever when it has come to the curb side pick up! Now the down fall of this is that the customer service department needs quite the fixing on their over all attitude and how they treat the customers when they are needed to assist with fixing orders and or placing them.

I cannot take this item because it has caffeine in it, it triggers migraines that is why I ordered Pamprin in blue box because caffeine free. If you don't have anything the same as what someone ordered then don't substitute. I did not want any substitutes anyway. I am not happy to be stuck with something that I did not order and cannot take.I want a refund for these 2 items immediately.
