You have to have a method to taking this powder. I put water in my mouth as I hold my head up and pour the powder on the water and swallow ASAP..........the key is to hold your breath. Then I take another Big drink of water.....If you do it right, you wont taste this. This stuff is not for taste at all. The immediate pain relief of a powder is great This product is great
I love the fact that it works just as well as the name brands. The only two things I don't like is the packets can be difficult for me to open since I have a bad hand and my store has a difficult time keeping these in stock.
It is hard to open, almost have to have sissors to cut open.Other than that it compares to BC'S with a cheaper price. This is the brand I always buy unless Wal-Mart is OFS
they held my headaches like instantly I usually would have to take the goody powders the orange flavor which is a suggestion maybe in some kind of flavor otherwise great product
I have no dislikes on this product. they are cheaper than BC powders but yet they work the same. and I like the fact that the package is a stronger package so it is a big safety for me because they have to be tore open a little bit harder than the paper on the BC powders. I am so glad that this has come out
Good value but the packages are tough to open. I miss the old wax paper packs. I have to use scissors to open even though they are perforated, my fingers are arthritic.
Definitely just as goo as BC and Goodys pain relief powders. So it just makes sense to buy this at a cheaper price then the name brand products. The reason i gave it one less star is due to the fact of how each powder packet is packaged. I prefer the paper "envelopes" of the name brand powders over the plastic ones in the Equate brand. They are harder to open with my Arthritic fingers and hands.
im a loyal BC powder and ive used it for years but when i saw that equate has came out with their version of this headache powder i of course wanted to try it because theres a greater count of packets and are at a lower price than than the name brand's. Big difference is packaging, each packet is made of plastic where as other brands are made of paper so environmentally i didnt like that part but i didnt judge the effectiveness of the medicine based on it. The powder is more of an issue but its still palatable, however, its much bigger chunks and grittier than other brands...this brand has bigger chunks that ibfeel couks be ground down into a finer powder and its much more bitter and gritty than others. effectively the medication works and ill finish the box out and maybe buy another but the fact that its not a fine powder definitely made me not like it as much but again pain relief effectiveness i would still recommended it
The price is great and I'm ALL FOR getting away from Big Companies that have definitely forgotten the FACT that We the Consumer/Loyal Customers made them who they are today. And YOU are the only one even trying to remain somewhat affordable. I feel like YOU could afford to be a little more Loyal to Your Customers as well. The main Problem I have with these New Pain Relief Powders is the little plastic containers they are in. They are atrocious for elderly or people with Arthritis or MS to open. Above all this I have to mention the fact that they are plastic. REALLY? I PERSONALLY Will have to continue to purchase powder that I can open myself.
The price is decent and they work just as well as BC or Goody's powders. It's agreeable that they're difficult to open without scissors, but that's not my gripe. I've been buying these for a while now and I count them out to put 25 in each empty prescription bottles. That's just to prevent my cats from accidentally getting in trouble, one of them I believe has PICA. Anyways, the count is never 50. Its usually short by 3 or 4, one time was 7 short. My most recent purchase was short by 20 and out of the 30 that were actually in the box, several packets were empty and opened, but no loose powder was in the box. Equate brand and most Walmart brand items are on a downward spiral when it comes to quality and it baffles me that how people get this far in life not being able to count and even with technology advancements, still can't count properly. I want to save money but if this keeps up, I'm gonna be forced to spend a bit more on name brand pain relief powders and take comfort in knowing I'll get what I paid for. I did request a refund which as of now, is processed and pending on my bank account.
