my electrolytes go off then certain medications do not work as well. Also one can have restless night and muscle ctamps. I am a retired holistic health practitioner. this stuff matters to me. glad for covenant products i poor some in a glass and refrigerate the rest untill needed.👍

This is refreshing water. It has been ionized and alkalized and it is one of the only waters I drink. I switch it up sometimes but I always try to have a brand that is ionized and alkalized because I feel it is better for me. Thank you for this. I drink a LOT of water and this helps ne with that goal.

This is the best water i have ever had. I am not a person who enjoys drinking water at all, but essentia non sparkling is the only one I will drink. The price is a little higher then some of the other brands of waters, but it delivers on taste better than any other water I have ever tried (evian, smart water, deer park, etc.). The only thing I will tell you is that once you try essentia you wont be able to enjoy the taste of any other water, this water has a crisp taste, and is good at room temperature or cold, there is no aftertaste, and it is always refreshing and hydrating.

I researched this water ,it says its truely is what it says it is,a rariety, always have my doubts. 1 article will say its of top 5 or 10 then you read a medical health paper and it says the only " FOR SURE " Oxygenated water with minerals is to use filtered water ( whole nother issue) but %23 1 plastic botyle with high rating but still plastic .If I didnt rent I' d just put a great filtration system on entire house ,drives me nuts My shower is protected but brushing my teeth or washing hands,face at sink is not its 40 old piping ,yikes!! but back to the bottled water so of course at end of long medical letter there are tablets you can buy to make the most of your water!!! Everyone has a gimmick, so gir a in the store bought water ,I find this to be very good clean taste.

found at another store recently at a very discounted price. person bought for wanted to try so got a couple bottles and they loved it. found on here and purchased.

One of my kids went through a phase where she kept forgetting to drink water throughout the day. Despite daily reminders, the kid just could not make herself remember to drink. Well, it got so bad that she ended up with a dehydration headache. It was very painful for her and lasted long enough for us to contact her doctor, who asked a few questions and quickly determined what it was. This particular kid is very picky, so hydration packets were out, as were sports drinks. Most of them had too much sugar and/or artificial colors anyway. In my quest to find a way to hydrate her quickly, I found this water. It has electrolytes added to it, just like the sports drinks do. She absolutely loved it. It was easy to keep track of how much she was drinking too. I ended up buying it by the case for months after the dehydration headache incident because I wanted to be sure her body had what it needed. Thankfully, she's older now and manages her hydration well but this water got us through the days when she didn't!

Product looked great. The latest reviews on this water and it contamination leaves me to not ever buy it again. Post warnings, so parents giving it to kids with disabilities don't make their life worse, when we think we are doing the best for them.

It says that it is alkaline and it's supposed to be healthier than regular tapwater, but it taste like regular tapwater with a slight aftertaste really flat

The taste for the money is pretty bad. Actually it taste like the filtered water I had in my house.. 🏡. I know it's supposed to be good for you, but it wouldn't get me to drink more water. Of course I could put liquid IV in it and it would taste OK.

i bought several six packs and a 12 pack for a trip. i put them in the refrig in the R V. when we took them out, two bottles, never opened had a big ugly bug in it. when i saw it, i got sick. you couldn't tell when you buy it because its wrapped in black plastic, and the 12 pack is in a closed cardboard case. i then look on the internet for information on them. they have a lot of bug issues with their water. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRAND!
