The service was great. The two day delivery awesome! The only thing is one box was busted open on one side but the merchandise wasn't damaged and was all their.

This was the first time that I have ever received essentia water and was dissappointed with the taste. My family and I agreed that it wasn't packaged the same (this time the case was not wrapped in plastic inside the box),the bottles were loose and turned upside down inside the box, the water was cloudy, and the bottles were overfilled. We all found these to be suspicious and strange. After tasting it, the taste was even different. Because we are essentia water lovers, we were able to tell the difference in the taste. We concluded that these bottles couldn't have been real essentia water and now I am afraid to purchase any more.
