I love these muffins. They are 20% protein, which is perfect for breakfast. I really enjoy the chocolate peanut butter ones but they seem to never be available. Even the website always shows them sold out. I put in a tablespoon of water and almost a tablespoon of sweet Italian, sugar-free coffee mate creamer. After I mix it all up I throw in some fresh blueberries on top. Forgot to mention, I put it in a microwavable bowl. I don't leave it in the little container. I microwave it for two minutes and it is absolutely delicious. I suppose you could use strawberries or grapes you could top it off with whip whipped cream. But I don't want to push my luck. Highly recommend this.

Would highly recommend
Bought these because I saw the amount of protein that are in them. And I LOVE chocolate. So what a better way to satisfy my craving and get the protein I need to start my day. Wasn't sure how they would taste. But I was pleasantly surprised n I like them a lot. So these are my new go to too get my daily protein in. Seeing I don't like to eat a lot of meat. And their also low in fat, that's a big plus for me also. Yes carbs are high, but that gets worked off throughout the day. Big Thumbs up. So glad I found Flapjacked.

Stevia ruins the flavor
I made the mistake of not reading the ingredients. These contain stevia and taste awful. They would be so much better if they used regular sugar instead of that horrible artificial sweetener.
