VERY disappointed in this delivery!!!! I did not receive what I ordered!!! I ordered a 2 pkg of the Eternity Cemetery Vases. I received one Eternity vase and one smaller size Tribute cemetery vase that did NOT include the very necessary foam insert!!! The foam is how you get the floral arrangement to stay in place! So disappointing!!!

I had been in store could not find item previously the only option I had online p/u. item was defective. item was tied up in a bag. good thing I opened the bag before leaving, item missing parts not sure where items found in store. While I was waiting for refund employee said another customer had the same item returned damaged, instead of throwing away damaged item it was put back on shelf. Will not order again my total order was returned same day p/u card was charged I received bill called cc company put in dispute. Called Walmart now I was told by Ai it will take 7 days to credit my card. No human to talk to. I do not recommend Walmart phone customer service, why? because you will not be connected to a human person.
