[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very hard water that doesn't taste good at all without a filter. The PureSource Ultra II Water & Ice Refrigerator Filter makes my water taste great now! The filter is extremely easy to replace. Simply twist and pull out to remove the old one then install the now one. I highly recommend this filter!

I have purchased these water filters from other places for more $$, so thought Ibwould try wal mart. it was a 2 pack cheaper than a single one I have purchased other places. once installed it liked. took it out reinserted it, same. put in the second on and it leaked as well.. may it is the filters may not, but I will have to purchase one from else wear to see if it works or if something else is wrong.

I ordered and paid for a 2-pack replacement Frigidaire filters but only received one filter. I have contacted the vendor several times about the order lacking the second filter and the seller (via Walmart.com) responded with a "we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours". I placed my order on June 2nd and the issue of the missing filter still hasn't been resolved. Not Happy!

We purchased the FGHD2368TF6 in July, 2019. We bought the EPTWFU01 water filters. They both worked perfectly. Bought a couple more, and they do not fit the refrigerator. Water streamed out in the refrigerator. There is a slight shorter of the cap and a bit shorter overall about 1/16th.

They want you to be ANGEY! Open your fridge, find the filter and pull it out. It has a QR scan code on it that takes you not to the replacement filter, but to pay page if multiple filters. Does the fridge have the filter number printed inside in its info plaque? No. Is your fridge model listed next to the various filters on the web page? No. If you enter your fridge model number in the search box does it indicate the correct filter? No. it's like they want you to be frustrated, confused, and waste time and money on the wrong product. Furthermore the replacement light is a lie. It is not based on the actual filter status, it's just a time reminder. No smart filter. No pressure sensor. It will tell you to replace it regardless of the filters condition.

Not as pictured also some off brand.

The original filter when we bought the fridge lasted much longer and had no cloudiness now we changed the filter and after a month the water is still cloudy. The filters are ridiculously expensive for the amount of time they last. We also have nothing but issues with everything freezing in the fridge. I would NOT buy another frigidaire if this is their quality.
