The bulb matches the version of this that is not a dusk/dawn light, so it checks all the boxes. I was a little surprised at the price, but if it lasts the years it's expected to, it will be very low cost. I wanted these bulbs for a porch light where the dusk/dawn feature wasn't needed, but it does the job just fine.

Super excited about these bulbs! I physically turn on both my front porch and back porch outdoor lights every night and shut them off in the morning. Using these bulbs will negate the need for me to do that and I am thrilled. Price was VERY reasonable for this functionality.

We recently purchased a budget priced porch light. However, it didn't have a dusk to dawn sensor. Frequently the light remained on throughout the day. Quite often we forgot to turn it on in the evening. A few times we returned home at night and our porch was dark. This is a nifty combination of light bulb and dusk to dawn sensor. So far it works great. The price for two bulbs is under $10. We're pleased with this item.

The light bulbs are good value for the money. They'll active just a few minutes after sun down but not when its entirely dark. They are half the length of my previous bulbs which I like because they sit more protected in their casing outside. They aren't as bright to be able to illuminate an area for activities but are bright enough for areas around the outside of your home and where you park your cars.

it's a great item brought 4 just don't like the face that it's not bright enough but I understand that's for long term it's expected to last for at least 2 years. so you can't complain because it's long term use and you don't have to worry about it again for 2 years at least

My lamppost light wouldn't turn off it was on day and night. Read a suggestion to try this type of light bulb and it works like it's supposed to. Off for daylight and on at dusk. There's a street light close to me and it still knows when to turn on. Such a quick easy inexpensive fix. Thumbs up!!

I love these lightbulbs. The brightness is not too bright but just perfect for outdoors. I use these on my front porch and my back porch so far I have not seen them flick. I got my bulb for $4.44 so the price is right because the bulb will last 10 years so it will definitely worth it

It was the brightness as expected. I was looking for a brighter bulb but settled for this one. It works perfectly in my outside lamp fixtures. It stays on all night and is completely off during the day. That's what I was looking for. The light fixtures on the house did not have a day/night sensor.

My husband and I decided to put this bulb in our outside lights so that we'd not have to worry about turning the lights on they just turn on when it's dark and turn off with the dawn light.

I really like how this product makes it worry free when needing light outside after dark. When the sun goes down it will automatically turn on and then turn off when the sun comes back up. Just leave the light switch up and the light will do the rest.
