This is absolutely delish! I didnt even know they made coconut water (duh I should of known lol) I only tried this because I left it open for a substitution. And boy, I'm so glad I did! Seriously though, it tastes like a freshly craked coconut because it only has two ingredients: real sugar and coconut water. So if you haven't given this a try pick some up and thank me later, hahaha your welcome!
Do you ever come across the Walmart? Great value product and you don't even wanna tell the truth about how good it is because you're scared that people will buy it all out? That is what I think about this great value coconut water… it taste sweet and perfectly coconuty unlike the brand I bought which was much more expensive %26 tasted like what I could only imagine dirty sweat socks taste like.. lol These are made in Vietnam and it's a large can that's like 16.9 ounces I believe so if you're watching your carbs, they do have added sugar but for me, I have problems with electrolytes staying stable and so I need the potassium that this can provides which is 690 mg of potassium per can I hated the brand of coconut water and just had to chug it to get it down, but this is absolutely an enjoyable drink, and if you make mixed drinks at all, I could even see you using it for that purpose but again it does have sugar, and there is no pulp I would absolutely buy it again and almost didn't do this review because I'm scared you people will buy it all out so since I was honest, please leave some for me. Enjoy!!
this is my go to drink! I love it! Unfortunately, whoever places orders at Walmart doesn't do their job very well. They have been out for the last three weeks. As a consumer, they should at least explain why it's out. It seems lately they're out of a lot of things, which makes me think bad management. Get the coconut water back in stock...no one wants the pulp! Sorry for being frank, but none of the other Wal-Marts in a 40-mile radius have the Great Value coconut water either. So tell us why!
I bought the non-pulp version expecting a straightforward, refreshing coconut water and mostly got that , it tastes good, with the natural coconut flavor coming through and only 6 g of added sugar (I wish it were 3 g, but 6 g doesn't overwhelm my tastebuds), totaling 27 g of sugar for the whole drink; the sweetness is balanced, no nasty aftertaste, and it's pleasant to drink without feeling the sugar hit me negatively.
Clean, refreshing, slightly sweet coconut flavor with a light texture and added electrolytes - perfect for post-workout or a quick, refreshing drink on the go.
I tell you what coconut juice is fabulous and Walmart has hit it pretty good with this item. it tastes good and the price is fabulous for the size of it.
This coconut water is sooo good. If u tried vita coco and didn't like it then try this one. It tastes like coconut water with a coconut aftertaste. Like what coconut scented things smell like, this tastes like it. It's sooo good.
This isn't pure, legit coconut water. If you're looking for the “straight from the coconut” taste, this isn't it, probably because of the added sugar. With that said, this is still decent in taste, that I would use it to mix it with an alcholic beverage- but I wouldn't drink this to hydrate.
Contains sugar. I bought this via an online shop. If I had realized it contained sugar, I would not have purchased. It tastes great but really is not a healthy way to get your electrolytes due to the sugar content. Very disappointing. Do better WalMart.
It tastes like straw. No lime at all. Not even coconut. I like the coconut lime sweeze bottle that you add to water. Same maker. Who ever did the shopping assumed this was what I wanted. Their water enhancer is much much better but they have been out of it for several weeks. Crystal light brand is definitely different. Not coconut or lime just sweet and fruity.
