OMG so cute!!!
this is absolutely the cutest thing ever! i got a baby shark came and hung this behind the figures and it was the most perfect thing, it made the cake, it really did. perfect! will buy again!

Cute Birthday Cake Topper
Super cute and well made. The support sticks on either side are plastic and then each of the little letter flags are affixed along the string. Happy to find that the flags wouldn't slide around which was perfect. They didn't bunch up or overlap.
