Got this paint dropped to block off my kitchen so while it's cold, I can heat up my kitchen and work in there and then move it around so it's in my dining room in my living room so I can heat that up and work. I'm hoping it's gonna work I'm praying that it does.
I used this 2-mil clear plastic drop cloth to cover the 2nd and 3rd row seating areas of my brand-new SUV to transport a couple of 30-gallon trees from a nursery in Forest Hill, LA, all the way to Houston, TX. The plastic never tore, the back of my SUV stayed clean, and the trees arrived in perfect condition to their new home. I originally planned to just throw the plastic drop cloth away after the trees were unloaded, but it was so sturdy that it did not have a single tear, so I folded it up and stored it in the cargo area of my SUV for the next time I need a "pickup truck."
These tarps are very sturdy I needed something to throw over my car because we are going to get a heavy snow and this did the trick I'm not a single rep I'm so glad I purchased them
This may only be 2 mil but once I doubled it up it held up great to the terrible hail storm we had on May 15th. I had my large flower boxes planted and the plastic held up to tennis %26 golf ball sized hail. I was happy to see that the flowers didn't get damaged at all. I bought it in case we had a late frost and I am so glad I did
This material was thick enough to survive covering a carpet even with metal ladders and paint-sticky boots treading on it. It never moved out of place or got ripped. Very durable and definitely the only tarp I'll use when painting or needing to cover and protect an area, with work going on around and on it.
I use this product for everything BUT a drop cloth. I use it to cover tables for yard sales, I use it to line boxes that I want to be waterproof, when I send my eBay products to my customers or when sending items to a relative in Alaska, I use it to line the floor of the room my cat litter boxes are in, to keep the carpeting clean. My only complaint is that Walmart does not sell the thicker Mil version of this product. Still, it gets the job done.
I have a very drafty deck door and large LR window that I plan to cover with this 2 mil clear sheeting because our area is expecting multiple days of temps in the low teens with 0 deg wind chill. I can't attest to its quality or ease of use yet, as I am still waiting on the tape I ordered to deliver late this evening. However, there were several reviewers who praised this product so I'm expecting the same outcome.
Ordered these for my husband to cover the floor while he paints the walls. Just what he needed. as far as I can tell.
Description says that the drop cloth is clear, but it's more translucent. It may or may not work for my needs to protect new plants and seeds from the birds AND allow enough sunlight to get through for the plants. We'll see. Would work perfectly for it's intended purpose, but the description is false. Be aware that this item may not work for my plans. But the price is right.
I did not receive my order the driver put my order at wrong house so I did not get it. If anybody gets a driver name Roslyn cancel her.
