I have been using this for years. I try to make sure I drink enough water and I do have a bar of Ivory soap(old wives tale) under my mattress. But when I get leg cramps or feel them coming on, this has been a life saver. I also use their Restless Leg remedy too for when my legs just wont settle down. Try it, I think you will agree.

These work rather well. I have been using these for years now. Sometimes I take 4 if I am in full cramp mode.(Lol nothing really funny about it if you go through it) Works for long period of time as well. They also work for stiffness so if you wake up with a crick in your neck this works.

I've been using this leg cramp medicine for years because it works. It's in new packaging but it's the same sub lingual administered quinine containing product. The change in packaging seems a waste and only promote confusion if the right item is received.
